About Us

Hello, my name is Ann Hills and I work with a team of therapists, mainly in the Berkshire area although I have contacts with therapists in other locations and can arrange for treatments to be delivered around the Country. We also arrange events and assist others to do so. Alongside my work I use and promote Neal's Yard Organic Products, a truly luxurious and ethical brand. I am a qualified Reflexologist, Neurostructural Integration Technique (Bowen), Reiki, Massage and Complementary Therapy Practitioner based in Berkshire. I also deliver training to new and experienced therapists and co-ordinate events for other therapists. Your well-being is paramount, so much so, that if we feel that you could benefit from being supported by another therapist, we will discuss this with you and then refer you to a colleague.

We work primarily from venues in Berkshire and the surrounding areas with home visits often a favourite! These venues are in lovely calm, relaxing environments, close to the town centre with free parking as well as being accessible by public transport. Appointments can be made at other venues based in the surrounding areas if these venues are not suitable for you to attend or we can possibly arrange for treatments and training sessions to be delivered at home.

I am passionate about natural healing and offer a confidential service. I began my training as a complementary health therapist in 1992 and I have been fortunate to have received my training from committed individuals who have encompassed their specialisms as part of their lives and have willingly shared their knowledge and experience with me. I truly believe that everyone has the potential to assist in their own healing and have found that many aspects of the client's health could not be accessed by massage alone, hence I have complemented the therapies I offer by including NST Bowen, Reflexology and Thermal Auricular known as Ear Candling.

The treatments that I offer; they are deep but gentle. These therapies assist many conditions, including :

I also offer gentle treatments to individuals who need that little bit of extra care and have recently added Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage as a truly wonderful treatment that has been scientifically measured to show improvements.

I work in association with OASIS-TIME Beauty & Holistic Academy and I am delighted to tell you that we have been awarded the Guild Award of Excellence for Best Training School and we are the only school who have been nominated for the award five years in a row which is wonderful as we have been selected amongst large establishments.

I am a member of professional associations and abide by formal codes of ethics and conduct. I am qualified in all the treaments I offer and have certification from ITEC, City and Guilds and others. I am a qualified therapist, trainer, assessor, verifier and coach and continue to develop my skills and knowledge with my teachers and colleagues, as I believe that learning is a life-long journey.
