The Holistic Health and Well-being Day
held at the Rivers Health and Fitness Club
26th February 2012 was an amazing day.

"Fantastic stalls".Throughout the day there was a number of demonstrations and speakers who were experts in their field of work and these covered Alexander Technique, Body Talk, Forever Living, Neal's Yard, Ear Candling, Body Talk, Ghost Tours, EFT, Magnetic Jewellery, Theta Healing and Vortex Healing.
In addition we had an aura reader, physiotherapist, chiropractor, psychic readers, vortex healer, EFT practitioner, theta healer as well as therapists offering a selection of taster sessions.
There were over 25 stalls selling an excellent range of items - hand-made chocolates, a huge variety of jewellery including magnetic and crystal, pictures, candles, angel cards, Neals' Yard, Forever Living, hand-turned wooden massage tools,
